Bid Proposal for the Town of Blythewood: 

“Four Corners” at I-77, Exit 27

 Flower and Tree Bed Maintenance and Grass Mowing

Bids due on May 27, 2019 at 2:00 pm

Base Bid: Mowing of grass on “Four Corners” and a 6 foot radius around flower bed in median at I-77, north of Blythewood at mile marker #32.

ALT #1: Removal of weeds in flower and tree beds at “Four Corners” and in flower beds at mile marker #32.

 ALT #2:  Install 2” layer of pine straw in a 3 foot radius around all trees at “Four Corners” and at mile marker #32.

 ALT#3:  Install 2” layer of pine straw in all flower beds at “Four Corners” and at mile marker #32.

 ALT #4:  Trim all flowers and trees at “Four Corners” and at mile marker #32.

 ALT #5: Mowing of grass along Blythewood Road, I-77 bridge area.  This is part of “Four Corners” mowing, but will be cut at separate times instead of entire “Four Corners” area.

Note:  All of the above mentioned bids are for one performance.  Number of times each proposal is performed will be at the discretion of owner.  Bids will remain fixed for a one year period.  All bidders will be required to do an on site inspection with Town of Blythewood Representative, Cecil Moseley (803-635-1830).
